- β° Punctuality & Discipline β All teachers must report on time, attend assemblies, maintain records, and set a positive example.
- π Lesson Planning β Weekly plans must be submitted in advance. Teaching must align with academic calendars and learning outcomes.
- π§βπ« Pedagogical Development β Teachers must upgrade themselves through in-house training, webinars, and CBSE workshops.
- π» Digital Proficiency β Teachers must be trained and regularly use:
- School ERP
- Smart boards/projectors
- Google Workspace/MS Office/Notion AI
- Email, WhatsApp (for official use)
- AI Tools
- π§Ύ Assessment & Feedback β Timely corrections, constructive feedback, and fair grading are compulsory.
- π Dress Code β Saree/formal Indian wear is compulsory. Relavant traditional attire on all festive occassions. Sports staff will wear track suit & sports shoe.
- π¬ Student Interaction β Positive reinforcement and student-friendly language must be used. Any kind of corporal punishment is strictly prohibited.

- π§ Equal Treatment Policy β Staff members whose children are studying at St. Martinβs must understand that no special privileges, attention, or leniencies will be given to their child in academics, discipline, transport, or any other aspect of school life.
- π« Professional Boundaries β Teachers and staff are expected to maintain professional distance and allow their childβs class teachers, coordinators, and support teams to handle all matters related to their child like any other student.
- π£ Feedback & Concerns β Any concerns about their child must be routed through the standard parent communication channels, not internally or informally.
