- π§ Educate and Empower β To sensitize staff, students, and parents about child rights, boundaries, and reporting procedures.
π§ 2. Scope of the Policy
- π« Applies to β All students, teaching staff, admin staff, transport staff, support staff, volunteers, and vendors.
- π§ Covers β All forms of abuse: physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, neglect, cyberbullying, and inappropriate behavior.
- π Applies On & Off Campus β Including field trips, school transport, extracurricular activities, and digital platforms.
π§βπ« 3. Responsibilities of the School
- ποΈ Monitoring & Supervision β CCTV coverage in key areas; proper teacher-attender presence during breaks, transport, etc.
- π Awareness & Training β Annual orientation for students, staff, and parents on good touch, bad touch, cyber safety, and reporting.
- π¨ββοΈ POCSO Committee β Establishment of a formal Internal Child Protection Committee (ICPC) including trained staff and external member.
